We’re hiring:

Office Manager & Team Support 100%

As Office Manager & Team Support, you keep the elea office running smoothly and act as the central point of contact for the team on all organizational and administrative matters. You hold overall responsibility for office management and infrastructure, lead a small team, and coordinate both team and investor-related events.

Your role spans reception, correspondence, and general office infrastructure, as well as building and facility management. You also take on functional and organizational leadership of the Office Assistant team, coordinate travel and guest hospitality, plan internal events such as team retreats, and provide administrative support to HR and Finance.

You bring a proactive, structured, and hands-on approach to everything you do, and enjoy being part of a committed, entrepreneurial team working together toward elea’s vision of fighting absolute poverty.

elea Talent Program

The elea Talent Program is directed towards motivated university graduates who aspire to make a difference by supporting entrepreneurial solutions in fighting absolute poverty. As an Associate at elea, talents gain exposure to the global entrepreneurship sphere and acquire work experience in various countries across the globe. Additionally, they will benefit from training, coaching, and continuous support from the entire elea team. 

In 2026, elea is recruiting its first cohort in South Africa, a significant milestone in strengthening our global team. Since 2019, our talent program is directed towards motivated and talented university graduates who aspire to make a difference by supporting entrepreneurial solutions in fighting absolute poverty. As an Associate at elea, you will gain exposure to the global entrepreneurship sphere and acquire work experience in various countries across the globe. Additionally, you will benefit from training, coaching, and continuous support from the entire elea team.
