The elea Talent Program is directed towards motivated and talented university graduates who aspire to make a difference by supporting entrepreneurial solutions in fighting absolute poverty. As an Associate at elea, you will gain exposure to the global entrepreneurship sphere and acquire work experience in various countries across the globe. Additionally, you will benefit from training, coaching, and continuous support from the entire elea team.

In 2026, elea is recruiting its first cohort in South Africa, a significant milestone in strengthening our global team. By developing local talent with close connections to the markets we work in, we both enhance our ability to identify, understand, and support entrepreneurial solutions where they matter most, and create meaningful employment opportunities in the region. The cohort will join elea in January 2027. Going forward, the elea Talent Program recruits across our three hubs in Johannesburg, Mexico City, and Zurich. At the beginning of each year, elea will announce which location will open recruitment for the upcoming cohort, along with details on the application process.

Are you eager to make a difference as Impact Value Creation Advisor? As opportunities arise, we invite young professionals with 3+ years of relevant work experience to support our portfolio ventures on site for several months. This is a temporary assignment of around six months, where typically local costs are covered.
