Head of HR (70–90%)

In this role, reporting directly to the COO, you are leading all aspects of our HR administration across all locations from onboarding to offboarding. This includes the responsibility for contracts, insurances, absence management, testimonials, etc. As an experienced HR manager, you run processes like the yearly performance management and measurement, annual salary reviews, and talent & succession planning.

You act as a trusted advisor for all elea colleagues on HR processes and programs and contribute to enhance elea’s professional development and compensation strategy. Furthermore, you design and execute elea’s hiring strategy and organize the corresponding recruitment processes.
